Will the same crew that loads also unload?
Your shipment travels on a dedicated truck with our own crew, so there is no transfer to a stranger's van along the way.
How long does delivery take?
We give you a delivery window when you book and drive the route directly, so most moves arrive within a few days rather than weeks on a shared line.
Is my shipment insured?
We carry standard valuation and offer full-value protection so higher-value items are covered for their replacement value.
How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks is best, and weekends and month-end fill first. We still take last-minute moves when a crew is open, so call and ask.
What deposit do you require?
A small refundable deposit holds your date and crew; the balance is due only when the job is done. Your written quote is free.
Do you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
Yes. Beds, tables and other furniture are taken apart and put back together as part of the move, included in your flat rate.
