Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
We issue a COI naming your building and landlord as required before move day, and coordinate directly with property management.
How do you keep downtime to a minimum?
We label and place everything by your floor plan and department so desks, chairs and IT are ready to use the moment staff arrive.
Do you move IT equipment and servers?
Yes. Computers, monitors, networking gear and server racks are padded, labeled and reconnected in place by our crew.
How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks is best, and weekends and month-end fill first. We still take last-minute moves when a crew is open, so call and ask.
What deposit do you require?
A small refundable deposit holds your date and crew; the balance is due only when the job is done. Your written quote is free.
Do you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
Yes. Beds, tables and other furniture are taken apart and put back together as part of the move, included in your flat rate.
