Every move is quoted as one written flat rate based on your home size, access and how much you are moving, not an open-ended hourly clock. Tell us the details and you get the number before move day.

A flat rate in writing. You approve the number up front and that is what you pay unless you add items or services.

No. Stairs, elevators, a long carry, or a piano or safe are all priced into your written flat rate up front, so move day matches the quote you approved.

A small refundable deposit reserves your crew and date, and the balance is due only once the job is finished. Your quote is always free.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other common methods. Payment is due once the job is complete and you are satisfied.

One to two weeks is ideal, and weekends and month-end fill first. We still take last-minute and same-week moves whenever a crew is open.

Yes. We run crews seven days a week, 7 AM to 8 PM, including weekends and most holidays.

Often yes. Call us and we will tell you what is open, we keep room for last-minute and same-week jobs.

Just let us know as early as you can and we will move your date to the next open slot at no penalty.

We give you an arrival window when you book and call ahead on the day so you are never left guessing.

Yes. Beds, tables and other furniture are taken apart and put back together as part of the move, included in your flat rate.

We lay floor runners, pad doorways and banisters, and blanket-wrap furniture before it is carried, so both homes come through the move clean.

We move rain or shine. Floors and doorways are protected and every item is wrapped, so weather does not delay you or put your belongings at risk.

We serve Santee and all of San Diego County, including San Diego, El Cajon, La Mesa, Chula Vista, Poway, La Jolla, Escondido, Coronado and the surrounding cities.

Yes. Long-distance moves go on our own truck with our own crew, no brokers and no shared freight, with a written flat rate and a delivery window.

Yes. Full or partial packing with materials, and climate-controlled storage between moves, can be added to your flat rate.

Yes. We are a licensed and insured California mover using our own background-checked W-2 crews. Your license and coverage details are on your written quote.
